  • Chris Haney

    Chris Haney is the driving force behind Liftpoint Media, bringing over 20 years of leadership in workforce solutions, government communications, and public engagement. A U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a firefighter and EMT during Operation Desert Storm, Chris has built his career around service, strategy, and solving complex challenges that impact real people.

    Before founding Liftpoint, Chris led DVBE Connect to become one of the most trusted names in veteran-owned business contracting—earning honors like “Veteran-Owned Business of the Year” and “Diverse Supplier of the Year.” He's held senior roles at firms like Modis, Genuent, and Robert Half, where he was known for turning underperforming branches into top performers. He also built and sold his own direct-hire recruiting firm, giving him firsthand insight into what it takes to grow a business from the ground up.

    Chris founded Liftpoint with a clear vision: to help mission-driven organizations—especially those in government and the public sector—communicate better, reach further, and create impact through strategy-backed media. His calm leadership style, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep respect for public service make him the kind of CEO who doesn’t just talk about values—he lives them.

    Whether he’s building partnerships, refining campaign strategy, or digging into the data, Chris brings clarity, purpose, and a strong moral compass to every move Liftpoint makes.

    His diverse career includes senior leadership roles in staffing firms like Modis, Genuent, and Robert Half, where he consistently drove revenue growth, turned around unprofitable branches, and implemented operational excellence.

    Additionally, he has entrepreneurial experience in direct-hire recruiting and expertise in developing client-focused staffing models. His early work in boutique staffing firms, gave him insights into recruiting tech, finance, and operations. This breadth of experience reflects a strong ability to lead, innovate, and deliver results across industries.

  • Brooke Lonegran

    As Chief Operating Officer at Liftpoint Media, Brooke Lonergan is the one who makes the magic actually happen. With a sharp mind for systems and a calm hand in the chaos, Brooke oversees operations, finance, and campaign logistics across every Liftpoint initiative.

    Her background spans accounting, hospitality, IT staffing, and public-sector media—which gives her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on how to run a tight ship while staying nimble and creative. Before joining Chris at DVBE Connect and later Liftpoint, Brooke spent years optimizing budgets, managing large-scale projects, and streamlining operations for complex organizations. She’s known for her ability to bring clarity to even the most complicated operational puzzles—always finding the path that’s both efficient and sustainable.

    At Liftpoint, Brooke is the architect of the company’s internal engine. From campaign execution to financial systems and team workflows, she ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—so clients experience seamless service from start to finish.
